Cailis Mechanical is a licensed and insured Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor serving South Floridasince 2000. The majority of our work is focused in South Florida (Miami - Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County). We perform sales, service, and installation work for Mechanical & HVAC applications including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, and Health Care facilities. We employ a Certified Professional Engineer and can perform mechanical engineering tasks as well as Design-Build projects. One thing that truly sets us apart from other HVAC companies is the direct involvement from our company President and Engineer in all the projects on which we participate.
We also house a service department that is dedicated to timely, satisfactory solutions to any Air Conditioning issues our clients may have. Our service technicians are Union trained, so unlike many of our competitors that use service technicians with no formal training, there is no doubt about the level of expertise our customers will receive. Our work product and excellent reputation amongst our customers speaks for itself.
As a testament to our dedication to providing quality Mechanical Contracting to our clients, Cailis Mechanical recently received an award for Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors for the mechanical portion of the work performed at the Residences at the Fountains.
